Merrimack Valley FCU Opens New Branch in North Andover

April 2005……The Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union continues to reach out to new and existing members by expanding its branch network to its newest location at the North Andover Mall Plaza on Route 114 in North Andover. The Grand Opening celebration took place on Thursday, April 21st and this full service branch is now open for business.

CEO Peter J. Matthews Jr. states "The opening of our fourth branch location is just the next step in our commitment to providing quality financial services to the residents of our community. With almost 3,000 members combined in North Andover and Lawrence, this was a perfect opportunity to extend membership to their family, friends and neighbors."

MVFCU is a full service financial institution that currently serves more than 42,000 members in the Merrimack Valley area. The credit union celebrated its 50th year in business in February 2005 and looks forward to continuing to provide exceptional products and services to the Merrimack Valley community.
