Procedure To View Mortgage Information On-Line

Log into PC Home Banking, click on Loan Options and select Mortgage On-Line.

As a new user, you will be asked to enter your Mortgage Account Number and Social Security Number. Please read and accept the terms and conditions.

Once you accept the terms and conditions, you will be asked to enter your user name and password.

Passwords must include:

• 1 Capital letter
• 1 Special Character (not at the beginning or end)
• 1 Number
• 1 Lower case
• Must be at least 8 characters, not greater than 25

After entering your password, you will be asked to verify the password. Then enter and verify your email address.

A box will appear showing random characters. Please enter the characters and click “OK”.

Screen should verify that you will be receiving an e-mail.

After receiving the email, click on the link provided and log in.

The option to make on-line payments is currently in the developmental stage and will be available in the near future.
