Notice of Board of Directors Nominations

Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union will be accepting Board of Directors nominations for three expired three year terms from January 11, 2010 until February 12, 2010. Each nominee must submit a 2010 Board of Directors Nomination Application which states the nominee's qualifications and biographical data. The application is available on the Credit Union web site or may be picked up at any of our branch locations. Instructions for submission are included on the application. In the event that there is only one nominee for each position to be filled, the Credit Union will not conduct an election by ballot. The Credit Union will not be accepting nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting.
